STAFF MEETINGS

The Acadia Parish School Board considers school faculty meetings to be essential to efficient and effective school operation and often provide a mechanism for problem solving and input to the decision making process.  The number, time, place and subject matter to be communicated or discussed shall be determined by each principal.  Instructional matters shall be discussed at all staff meetings.  Teacher attendance shall be required by the principal.

Prior to each staff meeting held, the principal of each school shall send a copy of the agenda to the Superintendent.

Teachers shall also be expected to attend all regular and special meetings called by the Superintendent, supervisors, or principals, unless previously excused.
