Information, Procedural: 5.1 Superintendent's Comments
The monthly sales tax report is not available because the internet was down while APSB performed mandatory internet safety precautions.
LDOE and the Department of Homeland Security ordered mandatory cyber incident prevention protocol be performed by all Louisiana school systems. Superintendent Richard commended our IT Department for successfully completing the process insuring our school system is protected from outside cyber-attacks.
Teachers report to schools tomorrow, and students will report on Thursday. Superintendent Richard asked the Board members to please remind their stakeholders about school zone safety.
