Dr. Easton introduced Mrs. Mary Washington, Chair of Policy Council. Mrs. Washington gave an explanation of council makeup and duties. Dr. Easton introduced Mrs. Joycie Green, Education Disability Specialist. Mrs. Green distributed Governance training manual to board members and explained the governance procedures, roles and responsibilities.
